- Details of your vet and authorisation to enable us to give your cat the best care in an emergency.
- Emergency contact details
- Alternative contact nearby
- Daily charge will apply for day of arrival and day of departure
- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any booking
- Balance to be settled 28 days before start date
- A refund of the balance will be given up to 30 days prior to the booking start date
- Please only arrive at the given check in / check out times (within the opening times) – or by appointment
- A minimum stay period of 3 days applies all year round
- Your cat must be fully vaccinated.
- Please call if your cat is under 6 months old or has a medical condition before booking
- Male cats must be neutered
- We are happy to administer certain medication if required. Call to discuss prior to booking. Please ensure we have fully detailed instructions and enough medication to last the period of stay.
